Ask a Naturalist!

Master NaturalistThe City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Program has Master Naturalist volunteers available to give presentations, lead nature hikes in natural areas and more. Master Naturalists are volunteer educators trained in ecology, as well as interpretive and education techniques. Programs are free!

Master Naturalists have something for every group. They can help you discover secrets on nature walks, lead field trips as well as present entertaining slide shows. Master Naturalists can help you understand insects, birds or other wildlife. They can demonstrate the connection between geology and plants. Master Naturalists can help you understand and appreciate your natural areas.

Natural areas - they're naturally yours!
