Fall Recreator is available July 29!
The City of Fort Collins Recreation Department Fall Recreator will be available Tuesday, July 29, or sooner! You can get a copy of the Recreator online or pick it up at various Recreation offices such as:
- The Farm, 600 N. Sherwood
- Mulberry Pool, 424 W. Mulberry
- EPIC, 1801 Riverside
- The Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Dr.
- Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 E. Willow
- Also available at the public libraries and City Hall
The Recreation Department offers cooking classes, crafts, outdoor activities, sports, and much, much more for all ages, so if you are wondering what to do in Fort Collins, pick up a Recreator and see what's going on! Registration for the fall session is begins Thursday, July 31 at 8:00 AM, so plan out your summer now! Walk-in, phone-in, mail-in registration is accepted at the Northside Aztlan Center, Senior Center and EPIC. For more information, call the Recreation department at 221-6655.

Summit Awards
The City of Fort Collins Recreation Department and Comcast have unveiled a community award that recognizes City of Fort Collins youth sports participants and coaches who demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork and respect.
The Summit Awards presented by Comcast will honor one team per season per grade. A Summit Award will also be presented to a team of the year, coach of the year and athlete of the year.
Honorees are selected by teammates, coaches, officials and Recreation Department staff. If you know a potential Summit Award honoree visit the Summit Awards webpage and submit your athlete, team or coach!
Summer B.I.K.E. Camp (Bicycles Improve Kid's Experiences) presented by Overland Sertoma, AMD, New Belgium Brewing Company, and City of Fort Collins
June 23 - 28th (8:30 am - 12:30 pm)
FC Bikes presents B.I.K.E. Camp (Bicycles Improve Kid's Experiences) teaching children ages 8 - 12 yrs old skills on how to ride safely in an urban environment while learning that bicycling is a sensible and fun form of transportation. B.I.K.E. Camp will cover topics such as: Road rules - bike safety, traffic signs & signals, intersections, etc, Emergency skills - quick stop, scanning for cars, and rock dodge, Bike handling skills and drills - agility fun course, Recreational Riding - familiarizing children with riding bikes along the Poudre and Spring Creek Trails, and Maintenance - fix-a-flat, cleaning, lubrication, safety check, lights and bells. A bike Safety Pack will be issued to all B.I.K.E. Camp participants, the Safety Pack includes: lights, bell, patch kits, reflective stickers, a tool kit and a helmet will be provided if the child does not have one. Volunteer and Intern Opportunities
Are you interested in volunteering at a Recreation Facility or programs? We may have opportunities at City Park Pool, EPIC, The Farm, Mulberry Pool, Northside Aztlan Center, the Pottery Studio, Senior Center, Youth Sports or adaptive recreation. Registration Office has Moved!
The Registration Office has moved to the Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 E. Willow. You can visit the front desk staff there to register for classes and programs or call to register at (970) 221-6655.
Administration, Community Relations and Adaptive Recreation Opportunities have moved too! You can visit those offices at 215 North Mason on the 3rd floor.
