House Calls for Sprinkler Systems
Fort Collins Utilities will offer audits again starting in June 2009. Free audits are available to owner-occupied single-family homes and homeowner's associations (HOA). To qualify for the program, you must be a City of Fort Collins Utilities water customer. A home audit typically takes an hour and half to two hours, while HOA audits will vary depending on the landscape area. An audit includes measuring the precipitation rate of zones and developing an efficient watering schedule. |
During the summer, Fort Collins Utilities offers house calls to assess sprinkler systems. The 2008 program is finished, but check back in May 2009 to sign up for an audit.
