Program Mission
This program supports quality customer service in a timely and accurate manner, focusing on response to service requests; and assists Streets employees with administrative tasks, allowing them to devote their efforts to work-related problems. In today's competitive market, we are challenged to keep pace and be creative in managing our operations. The decision-making process is extented to every employee, to fully utilize our resources and improve customer service. By extending the decision-making process to every employee, Streets fully utilizes all resources to provide lower costs and quality customer service.
Program Analysis
This program is important in supporting operations by tracking costs and improving customer satisfaction. A customer tracking system is in place to better track service requests. This allows us to set time limits for responding to customer needs. Along with this, we will continue to survey customers and track our results to make improvements.
