Club Tico

The City of Fort Collins Recreation Department offers a variety of arts and crafts classes. A few of those offerings are listed below. In addition, Club Tico is the home of our dance and movement classes and The Pottery Studio is home to all things pottery. Visit the sites today and get your creative juices flowing!

C.H.A.T. (Crafts Hobbies Arts Time)

Join this group of creative people who meet weekly to work on projects and share ideas and techniques. Also, learn form others as you discuss the many aspects of different art related hobbies and crafts.

Please note: There is no instructor provided. No fee, but a Senior Center membership is required.
Group meets at the Senior Center on Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00pm.

Open Shop

The studio at the Senior Center has many tools available for media such as jewelry, stained glass and woodworking. There are also scroll saws, wood lathes, other wood related tools and basic tools for mechanical repairs.
A shop attendant is on duty to assist with questions and problems thayou might have. Production work or work on items for sale is not permitted.

Please note: There is no fee for students enrolled in an arts and crafts class; for persons not currently enrolled in a class, a Senior Center membership is required and $2/open lab time is charged.

The location of the shop is at the Senior Center and is open during the following times:
Tuesday: 8:00am-Noon
Wednesday: 1:00-5:00pm
Thursday: 6:00-10:00pm
