Teen Summer Reading Program 2008

May 14 - August 31
For people finishing 6th - 12th grade
Go to the Main or Harmony Library Adult Reference/Information Desk for information on how to sign up for the program.
When you sign up for "Summer Tour 2008", you read for 5 hours each month to earn a prize in June, July, and August. Prize choices include free books, discount coupons for Gryphon Comics, discount coupons to several local bookstores, free ice cream coupons, free miniature golf game coupons, or discount coupons at 2 Dazbog Coffee Company locations. When you pick up your monthly prize, you may also earn chances for monthly drawings of $30 Cinemark movie theater gift card packs. For each additional 5 hours of reading that you do each month, you earn money for this year's Reader's to the Rescue recipient, the African Rainforest Conservancy.
The last day to pick up your prizes is August 31st. We will do Grand Prize Drawings at the Main and Harmony libraries for several $50 gift cards from Reader's Cove bookstore, Best Buy, and Circuit City.
