- Processed nearly 240,000 incoming and outgoing phone calls; 51,489 were 9-1-1 calls.
- PECC answered an average of 4,291 emergent calls a month; August was the busiest month with 5,032 calls.
- PECC averaged 2,160 wireless (cell) 9-1-1 calls a month.
- 103,240 non-emergent calls were processed through PECC.
- Over 11,000 Ambulance calls for service were dispatched (including non-emergent patient transfers).
- There were 156,000 police incidents processed through PECC in 2002.
- There were over 11,600 Fire/EMS calls for service dispatched, of which 7,374 were medical related.
