Description
The I-25 Corridor is a 10+ mile area stretching along the eastern edge of Fort Collins. In contains four full-movement interchanges, and over 750 acres of "greenfield" development opportunity. The corridor is anchored to the north by Anheuser-Busch Brewery and to the south by the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport. The Mulberry interchange is mostly developed; the other three are largely undeveloped and offer opportunities for a variety of land uses including residential, office, manufacturing and retail shopping centers. Excellent access to regional markets, nearby new residential development, and Denver International Airport, has made the I-25 a much sought out venue for new mixed-use development.
