BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE

All new buildings are subject to the following fees:

Plan check and Permit fees
Street Oversizing
Water and Wastewater
Electric Service Charge
Storm Drainage
City and County tax
Capital Expansion fees
and for Residential only: Parkland fees.

As per City of Fort Collins Code 7.5-16 & 7.5-19, permit fees are due at the time of permit issuance (not at time of application).
All fees are effective January 1, 2007

Building and Plan Review Fees:

Residential gas logs, wood stoves, air conditioning, furnace replacements, underground sprinklers, water heaters, and electrical service change are $15.00 plus City and County sales/use tax.

There is no plan check fee on sign permits (regardless of their valuation), and there is no plan check fee for valuations up to and including $3,000.
